AKRO is a partner organization in the project “Natural tolerance” coordinated by FÉK Egyesület. The main topic is tolerance, acceptance, inclusion and solidarity with a variety of activities such as small group discussion, theatre, simulations games and presentations supported with adventure games.
During the project were used informal and non-formal learning methods including adventure pedagogy. As a result of the project participants improved the level of their key competences, increased solidarity and acceptance, enhanced self-expression, increased active participation and self-esteem and an increased awareness and understanding of other cultures. By the end of the exchange the learning performance of young people improved and their motivation for taking part in future informal and non-formal education or training abroad increased.
